Launch and scale BEES in the UK.

My role:
BEES Lead in the UK.

I led this project managing stakeholders and reporting to senior leadership. BEES was launched in 2022 in the UK winning the award of best solutions project in 2022.

After it's launch I became BEES Product Manager in the UK and managed BEES from 2022 to 2024, keeping the tool stable while upgrading it and scaling it up to $270 million GMV in the UK.

Doves
AB Inbev AI automation platform for customer support.

Problem:
Increase in cancellations due to delays in customer support causing losses to the business.

My role:
Doves Business Lead.

Responsible for:

- Launch

I led this project from connecting stakeholders and transformation teams. It earned the Blue Prizm Award for Innovation.

The project resulted on virtually eliminating business delay cancellations. Creating a reduction of 98% and recovering $1.2 million in revenue a year.

DraftVision (BUDS)
First Drinks Dispense portal in the world.

Problem:
Bring digital transformation to Drinks Dispense and disrupt the competition.

My role:
DraftVision Product Owner.

Responsible for:

I managed the stakeholder for a successful and fast project completion, reporting back to the senior leadership.

I was able to speed up the launch of the MVP by 3 months, fully developing the tool in only 2 months and launching it to the market, while opening an opportunity of $2 million for the business.
